Krimpkous CellPack 127118, 10 m lengte, 1 stuk

CellPack heat-shrink tubing 127118 is supplied as a single 10 m roll designed for insulating and protecting wire joints, cable repairs and wiring harnesses. The tubing shrinks when heated to form a tight, durable sleeve that provides dielectric insulation and mechanical protection for electrical connections. It is suitable for use in a variety of electrical installation, maintenance and repair contexts where a reliable insulating sleeve is required.

Advantages

The tubing delivers reliable shrink performance to secure and protect splices and terminals, improving resistance to abrasion and mechanical stress. Its continuous 10 m length reduces the need to join multiple short pieces and supports efficient workflow on-site. Supplied as a single piece, the roll is easy to store and cut to required lengths. The product is designed for straightforward application with common heat sources used in electrical work.

How to use

Cut a section of tubing to the length needed to cover the joint or damaged area, allowing sufficient overlap. Slide the tubing over the connection and apply heat evenly using a heat gun, hot-air tool or an appropriate heat source until the tubing has contracted and conforms tightly to the underlying cable or splice. Allow the tubing to cool and verify that it forms a secure insulating sleeve. If multiple sections must be used, overlap them slightly and shrink sequentially to ensure continuous coverage.

Recommendations

For safe and consistent results, use a regulated heat gun and maintain an even distance while heating to avoid overheating the conductor insulation. Inspect the tubing after cooling for full adhesion and complete shrinkage. Store the roll in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Note that a standard spool may include sections tied together; verify continuity before cutting long lengths.
