Krimpkous CellPack 127133, 7 m lengte, per stuk

Heat-shrink tubing CellPack 127133 is a single-pack, 7 m length thermal shrink tube designed for electrical insulation, mechanical protection and cable finishing. Supplied as one continuous piece, the tube reduces its diameter when heated to form a tight, durable covering over joints, terminals and repaired cable sections. Its material provides basic resistance to moisture and abrasion, making it suitable for a wide range of domestic and light industrial electrical tasks where reliable insulation and neat cable appearance are required.

Advantages

The tubing offers predictable dimensional reduction under heat to create secure, close-fitting insulation that helps prevent short circuits and exposure of conductors. As a single 7 m length supplied in one pack, it enables continuous runs or multiple cut-to-length repairs without needing multiple small pieces. The construction delivers improved abrasion and moisture resistance compared with bare cable, and it conforms well around irregular shapes, terminals and splices for a tidy, professional finish.

How to use

Cut the required length from the continuous tubing and slide it over the cable or joint before making the electrical connection. Position the tubing so it will cover the splice, terminal or repair area. Apply heat evenly using a heat gun or controlled flame at a safe distance until the tubing shrinks snugly around the conductors and underlying insulation. Allow the tubing to cool to form a stable, protective covering. If the spool shows tied sections, untie carefully to avoid stretching or damage before cutting.

Recommendations

Use a heat gun for even shrinkage and avoid direct contact with open flame on delicate wiring. Choose appropriate initial tubing diameter to ensure correct shrink ratio for the cable size being insulated. For environments with higher moisture, chemicals or higher mechanical stress, consider using tubing with additional adhesive lining or higher-rated material.
