Schuurschijf Dremel EZ SpeedClic 2615S411JA

The Dremel EZ SpeedClic Sanding Discs (model 2615S411JA) are universal 30 mm sanding pads designed for detailed sanding and shaping on a variety of materials. Each pack contains six black discs compatible with the SC402 mandrel and intended for light sanding tasks. The discs feature the EZ SpeedClic quick‑change system so you can change discs without a wrench.

Advantages

EZ SpeedClic discs offer faster, tool‑free changing and improved durability compared with older Dremel sanding pads: they are marketed to last up to twice as long and remove up to twice the material as the Dremel 411 and 413 discs. The 30 mm diameter is suited for precise work, and availability in multiple grits gives control over finish and material removal.

Suitable for

• Light sanding and shaping of wood
• Smoothing painted or varnished surfaces
• Detail work on plastics and composites
• Small restoration and finishing tasks

• Disc diameter: 30 mm

How to use

Attach the disc to the SC402 EZ SpeedClic mandrel by pressing it onto the mandrel head until it clicks into place; no wrench is required. Operate the rotary tool at a moderate speed suitable for the material and grit used, keeping light, even pressure and moving the disc continuously to avoid gouging. Replace worn discs by pulling off the old disc and pressing a new one onto the mandrel.

Recommendations

For best results select a coarser grit (for example 60) for rapid material removal and a finer grit (for example 240) for finishing. Use steady, light pressure and appropriate safety gear (eye protection and a dust mask) when sanding. Ensure the disc type suits the surface material to avoid clogging or premature wear.
