MIMO-richtantenne ALLNET ANT-CAB-RSMA-N-1000

The ALLNET MIMO directional antenna ALLNET ANT-CAB-RSMA-N-1000 provides focused wireless coverage with a gain of 8.5 dBi at 5 GHz and 5.3 dBi at 2.4 GHz. Equipped with an N-type connector and finished in black, this antenna is designed to improve signal strength and link stability for point-to-point or point-to-multipoint wireless installations. The model is halogen-free and supplied as a single unit per pack, suitable for integration with compatible Wi‑Fi equipment supporting MIMO configurations.

Advantages

The antenna’s directional design concentrates RF energy to extend effective range and reduce interference from off-axis sources. Dual-band performance covers both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz bands, allowing use with a wide range of access points, routers, and CPE devices. The N-type connector provides a robust, weather-resistant interface for outdoor or indoor-mounted systems. Its halogen-free construction supports deployments where reduced halogen content is required.

Suitable for

• Point-to-point outdoor wireless links
• Point-to-multipoint coverage for small campuses or branch locations
• Improving signal quality for long-distance Wi‑Fi backhaul
• Use with routers, access points and client devices that support external antennas and MIMO

Key specifications

• Gain: 8.5 dBi at 5 GHz; 5.3 dBi at 2.4 GHz
• Connector type: N-type
• Frequency bands: 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz (dual-band)
• Polarization: suitable for MIMO operation (multiple-input multiple-output)
• Exterior color: black
• Material characteristic: halogen-free
• Quantity: 1 piece per pack

How to use

Mount the antenna in a location with clear line of sight toward the intended remote site to maximize directional performance. Connect the N-type interface to a compatible radio, access point or cable assembly following the equipment manufacturer’s instructions and ensuring connectors are tightened to the recommended torque. Align the antenna while monitoring signal strength or link throughput to obtain optimal orientation for MIMO channels. If installed outdoors, use appropriate weatherproofing for the connector and mounting hardware.

Recommendations

For best results, pair the antenna with matching-polarization antennas on the receiving end and verify that connected devices support external antenna operation and MIMO. Regularly inspect outdoor installations for corrosion or loosened fittings and re-seal connections after maintenance.
