Balkklem wolfcraft GmbH terrasbouwset

The wolfcraft Deck Building Set is a 10-piece kit for accurate and efficient wooden deck installation. It includes spacing guides, an installation clamp with two clamping jaws, a drill guide adjustable for board widths of 100–145 mm, hardened steel drill bushes, a screw starter with countersink and a 4 mm HSS drill bit with depth stop. All components are designed to ensure consistent gaps, reliable drill guidance and repeatable drilling and countersinking depths for a precise finish.

Advantages

The set provides sturdy spacing guides for consistent joint patterns with selectable gaps of 6 or 8 mm and five guides to place between boards at intervals of 80–100 cm. The installation clamp pulls boards together and compensates for irregular board widths; fitted with two clamping jaws it can be used as a one-hand clamp. Hardened steel drill bushes give safe drill guidance and the included screw starter with countersink and 4 mm HSS drill bit features a depth stop for repeatable drilling and countersinking depths.

Suitable for

• Installing wooden decking with consistent board spacing
• Aligning and clamping deck boards during screw fastening
• Drilling and countersinking holes for deck screws in boards 100–145 mm wide
• DIY and professional deck building projects

How to use

Place the spacing guides between deck boards to achieve a 6 mm or 8 mm joint and position guides at intervals of 80–100 cm. Use the installation clamp to pull the boards together and compensate for width differences; attach the clamping jaws as needed to operate the clamp one-handed. Adjust the deck board drilling guide to match the board width (100–145 mm). Place the hardened steel drill bushes in position, then drill through the front drill bush followed by the rear drill bush using the screw starter with countersink and the supplied 4 mm HSS drill bit. Use the depth stop on the drill bit to ensure consistent drilling and countersinking depth for each screw connection.

Recommendations

Check board widths before clamping and set the drill guide to the correct width. Use the spacing guides at regular intervals (80–100 cm) for even joints. When drilling, verify the depth stop setting on the 4 mm HSS bit and wear appropriate eye and hand protection.
