ANTAR drukverlagend kussen met boekweit — groot AT03022

ANTAR pressure relief pillow with buckwheat — Large AT03022 is a natural-support cushion designed to reduce pressure points for users who sit or lie for extended periods. The large format filled with buckwheat hulls conforms to body contours, offering stable, breathable support that helps redistribute weight and minimise the risk of pressure sores. The pillow is suitable for home care, rehabilitation, travel and everyday seating where sustained comfort and pressure management are required.

Advantages

The buckwheat hull filling adapts to individual body shape, creating targeted support while maintaining airflow through the filling for temperature regulation. The firm but adaptive structure prevents excessive sinking, keeping spinal alignment and seating posture more neutral. The natural filling is durable and maintains its supportive properties over time, and the large size provides extensive coverage for buttocks and lower back when seated or for areas of concern when used in bed.

How to use

Place the large ANTAR buckwheat pillow on the seating surface or under the body region requiring pressure relief. Adjust the hull distribution by gently kneading and evening the filling to achieve the desired contour and firmness. For seated use, position the pillow so the thicker portion supports the ischial tuberosities and lower back; for supine use, position it beneath areas requiring redistribution. Ensure the cover is correctly closed before use and check the pillow periodically to maintain even hull distribution.

Recommendations

Use the pillow on a flat, stable surface and avoid compressing it with heavy objects for extended periods. Wash the removable cover according to care instructions and aerate the pillow occasionally to preserve freshness. Inspect the filling and cover for wear; replace the pillow if filling degradation reduces pressure redistribution effectiveness.
