Zelfklevende C4-envelop MAILmedia wit 8,3 g offset

MAILmedia Self-adhesive C4 Envelope White 8.3 g Offset is a lightweight mailing envelope sized to hold unfolded A4 documents. The envelope is made from 8.3 g offset paper with a smooth white surface that accepts printing and labeling. A self-seal closure allows fast, glue-free sealing for reliable transport, filing, and short-term protection of correspondence and documents.

Advantages

The envelope combines a standardized C4 format with a low-weight 8.3 g offset paper construction to reduce postage costs while maintaining sufficient strength for ordinary office and postal handling. Its self-adhesive strip eliminates the need for separate adhesive or wetting, speeding up mail preparation. The consistent white surface ensures clear, legible printing and labeling, and the simple rectangular design stacks efficiently for storage and automated processing.

Suitable for

• Sending unfolded A4 letters, invoices and contracts
• Office document distribution and internal mail
• Manual or mechanical labeling and inkjet/laser printing
• Archiving and short-term document protection during transport

Key specifications

• Format: C4 (suitable for unfolded A4)
• Material: offset paper
• Paper weight: 8.3 g (per envelope)
• Color: white
• Closure type: self-adhesive strip (peel-and-seal)

How to use

Insert unfolded A4 documents into the envelope until the contents sit comfortably inside the main pouch. For best results when printing addresses directly on the envelope, feed the envelope according to your printer’s manual feed instructions and use appropriate printer settings for single-sheet or envelope media.

Recommendations

Store envelopes flat in a dry environment at room temperature to avoid warping or moisture absorption. When using automated inserters or high-speed sorters, verify compatibility with the machine’s envelope specifications. For important or heavy documents, consider reinforcing with an additional protective insert or choosing a heavier-weight envelope.
