WLAN-interface Lexmark 27X6410

The Lexmark 27X6410 WLAN interface (MarkNet N8372) enables 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac wireless connectivity for compatible Lexmark printers, providing both infrastructure network access and Wi‑Fi Direct for mobile devices. The module supports dual‑band operation on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks and is supplied as a single unit for installation into the printer’s internal solutions port or via the required card‑mounting pod or USB connection on some models.

Advantages

This wireless interface adds standard Wi‑Fi connectivity to supported Lexmark devices, allows direct mobile printing via Wi‑Fi Direct, and supports dual‑band networks for flexible deployment. Security features include WEP (64/128 bit), WPA2 Personal and WPA2 Enterprise, SNMPv3 for encrypted and authenticated management traffic, and optional IPsec for network‑layer encryption and authentication. The embedded web interface enables firmware updates and remote configuration through a browser.

Suitable for

• Adding wireless network access to compatible Lexmark laser and LED printers
• Mobile printing from Android and iOS devices using Wi‑Fi Direct
• Environments requiring dual‑band (2.4 GHz/5 GHz) wireless connectivity
• Managed networks needing SNMPv3 and IPsec for secure device management
