Advantages

The rocking design promotes continuous movement and light stretching to support circulation and reduce pressure on the lower limbs. The extruded aluminium bar is rated to 136 kg and features elevated ridges for secure foot placement, while rubber-padded feet keep the footrest stable on different floor surfaces. The compact, low-profile silver finish integrates unobtrusively into office or home workspaces and is suitable for use when sitting or standing.

How to use

Place the footrest on the floor beneath your desk or workstation with the rubber-padded feet contacting the floor for stability. Position your feet on the extruded aluminium bar and use gentle rocking or swivelling motions to encourage circulation and reduce pressure on your legs and feet. The footrest can be used while seated or when standing at a sit-stand desk; adjust your foot position as needed to maintain a comfortable posture.

Recommendations

Use the footrest for short regular movement breaks throughout the day rather than continuous heavy pressure. Ensure the rubber feet are in contact with a clean, dry floor to prevent slipping, and avoid exceeding the 136 kg (300 lbs) maximum load.
