Ventilatiekanaalklem Fischer 64094

The Fischer trapezoid hanger TZ is a fastening element for trapezoidal sheets designed to secure ventilation and sprinkler system components. It is intended for use with a screw SKS M8x100 in a punched hole and can also be used to fix other pipes with self-tapping screws or steel blind rivets. Specified shear/bending points allow the hanger to be adjusted to the shape of the trapezoidal sheet. The connecting thread is M8. Material is zinc-plated steel suitable for HVAC and duct fastening tasks.

Advantages

VdS approval for TZ/TZH and FM approval for TZA provide independently tested safety. The specified bending points enable precise adaptation to the trapezoidal sheet profile, and zinc plating offers corrosion protection for long-term use in ventilation installations.

Suitable for

• Fixing ventilation ducts to trapezoidal sheet metal
• Mounting sprinkler system pipes with SKS M8x100
• Securing pipes using self-tapping screws or steel blind rivets

Key specifications

• MPN: 64094
• EAN: 4006209640944
• Connecting thread: M8
• Material: steel DX51D+Z 140-275 (material no. 1.0226+Z) according to DIN EN 10327; DD11 according to DIN EN 10111
• Surface: electro zinc plated

How to use

Position the trapezoid hanger on the punched hole in the trapezoidal sheet so that the bending points align with the sheet profile. Use the screw SKS M8x100 to fasten sprinkler components through the hanger; for other pipes use appropriate self-tapping screws or steel blind rivets. Tighten the M8 connection to the required torque stated by the pipe or fitting manufacturer and check that the hanger is flush with the sheet surface to ensure even load distribution.

Recommendations

Use the hanger in combination with the specified SKS M8x100 screw for sprinkler installations and select corrosion-resistant fasteners for external or humid environments. Verify compatibility of screw length and rivet type with sheet thickness and pipe diameter before installation.
