Vacuümmachine Caso Vacu OneTouch Eco-Set

The Caso Vacu OneTouch Eco-Set is a compact cordless vacuum sealer kit designed for everyday food preservation. The set includes a stackable glass vacuum container with a plastic lid and a handheld battery-powered pump that creates a vacuum of up to 0.4 bar. The container is suitable for pressure-sensitive and liquid foods and is oven-, microwave- and freezer-safe within the specified temperature ranges. The unit charges via USB-C and offers extended running time for repeated sealing tasks.

Advantages

The handheld vacuum pump delivers a pump capacity of approximately 3 litres per minute at -0.4 bar and supports one-handed operation. It uses a long-life lithium-ion battery that provides up to 150 minutes of running time and can operate while charging. A practical LED display indicates battery status (white when full, red when empty). The device performs an automatic stop when the vacuum is reached and a safety stop after two minutes if switched on unintentionally. The vacuum seal is removable for easy cleaning. The stackable glass container set saves storage space, includes a date setting in the lid, and is microwave- and heat-resistant (up to 350 °C). Both glass container and lid are dishwasher- and freezer-safe (down to -18 °C).

Suitable for

• Vacuum sealing pressure-sensitive foods such as berries and soft fruits
• Storing liquids and sauces safely in the vacuum container
• Preparing and storing ingredients for sous-vide cooking
• Space-saving storage of leftovers and meal prep in stackable glass containers

Recommendations

Use the stackable glass containers for liquid or delicate foods to prevent crushing. Allow very hot food to cool slightly before placing it in the glass container and avoid sudden temperature changes to protect the glass. Clean the removable seal regularly and follow dishwasher guidelines for the lid and glass to maintain hygiene and sealing performance.
