UTP-patchkabel ROLINE Cat.6 10 m grijs

UTP Patch Cord ROLINE Cat.6 10m Grey is an unshielded twisted-pair patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for high-speed data transmission in home and office networks. The 10 m grey cable follows Cat6 standards and uses a 4-pair stranded copper conductor with 1:1 contact wiring according to the EIA/TIA 568 standard.

Advantages

The cable offers flexible construction for narrow bending and moulded kink protection for improved durability. High-quality RJ-45 plugs with gold-plated contacts ensure reliable connectivity and corrosion resistance. U/UTP design provides a neutral, cost-effective solution for typical Ethernet applications compliant with Cat6 performance.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in LAN installations
• Office and home networking with Cat6 performance requirements
• Patch panels and wall ports with RJ-45 sockets
• Short- to medium-distance connections up to 10 meters

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on your devices (PC, switch, router or patch panel) until the latch clicks. Ensure cable runs avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; use the moulded kink protection section near connectors when routing. For optimum performance, keep the cable length within recommended distances for Cat6 installations and avoid running parallel to power cables to reduce interference.

Recommendations

For stable Cat6 performance, terminate connections with compliant RJ-45 ports and maintain cabinet routing that prevents crushing or excessive bending of the 10 m cable; replace cables with damaged connectors or exposed conductors.
