Thermorollen Kores TRP8044 44 m 80 mm

Kores TRP8044 thermal paper roll measures 80 mm in width and 44 m in length, designed for use in compatible thermal receipt and ticket printers. The roll has a core diameter of 6 cm and a paper basis weight of 55 g/m², delivering clear, legible prints for short-term documents such as receipts, tickets and transaction records. The paper’s thermal coating responds to thermal printheads to produce sharp text and simple graphics without ink or ribbons.

Advantages

This thermal paper roll provides predictable print quality with consistent density and minimal smudging when used with standard thermal printers. Its 80 mm width fits most point-of-sale and kiosk printers, and the 44 m length reduces the frequency of roll changes compared with shorter rolls. Lightweight 55 g/m² construction balances flexibility and feed reliability, while the 6 cm core supports smooth unwinding and stable installation in compatible devices.

How to use

Install the roll in the printer according to the device manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the thermal side faces the printhead so the image forms correctly. Thread the paper through the feed path and close the cover; perform a test print to verify correct orientation and contrast. Replace the roll when the remaining length is low or printing begins to fade, and store unused rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat sources to preserve thermal sensitivity.

Recommendations

For best results, use this roll with printers specified for 80 mm thermal media and adjust printer contrast settings if necessary. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat, sunlight, oils or solvents, and handle printed receipts minimally if long-term legibility is required.
