Tabindex A4 Pagna 40059-05 geel

The Pagna Tab Index A4 40059-05 in yellow is a document organizer designed for A4 papers in portrait format. It measures 245 mm wide and 320 mm high, providing a clear tab area for labeling and quick retrieval of files. The bright yellow color improves visibility among folders and on shelves while maintaining a compact form that fits standard filing systems and A4 storage solutions.

Advantages

The tab index offers a durable surface suitable for writing labels or attaching adhesive stickers without compromising the folder structure. Its portrait orientation aligns with A4 documents to reduce bending or overhang. The vivid color aids fast visual sorting and reduces time spent searching for specific documents. The dimensions are optimized to fit common office cases, binders, and shelving units while leaving space for handwritten or printed tab text.

Suitable for

• Organizing office paperwork and administrative files
• Sorting project documents and client records
• Color-coding invoices, receipts and delivery notes
• Archiving school or training materials

Key specifications

• Format: A4 portrait
• Width: 245 mm
• Height: 320 mm
• Color: yellow
• Tab area for labeling: integrated at the top edge

How to use

Insert A4 documents into the folder so that pages remain flat within the portrait orientation. Use a permanent marker, adhesive labels or a printed strip on the tab area to identify the folder contents clearly. Store folders upright on shelves or inside filing boxes to keep tabs visible for quick access. When adding or removing pages, handle the folder by its edges to maintain the tab integrity and prevent creasing.

Recommendations

For efficient filing, combine the yellow tab index with other color-coded tab indices to create a visual system by department, client or priority. Avoid overfilling beyond the folder capacity to preserve the tab shape and ensure long-term legibility of written labels.
