Stuurbasis PXN VD6 voor pc Windows – stuurbasisunit

PXN VD6 steering wheel base for PC (Windows) is a direct-drive force feedback unit designed for realistic simracing. It delivers a constant torque of 6 Nm and a peak torque of 7 Nm, driven by a multi-speed servo motor with low inertia and a 24-bit encoder. Combined with a multi-core PXN processor and the Sense+ algorithm, the VD6 reproduces fine road textures, chassis dynamics and abrupt force changes with low latency for an authentic driving feel.

Advantages

The VD6 provides stable and continuous feedback thanks to its 6 Nm constant torque while short bursts up to 7 Nm increase realism in critical moments. High-resolution 24-bit sensing and a dedicated Sense+ algorithm produce detailed, vehicle-specific force profiles. An aluminum alloy housing with thermal sensors and temperature control reduces operating temperatures and prevents overheating during long sessions. PXN SimRacing software simplifies calibration and device setup for quick configuration.

How to use

Install the PXN SimRacing software on a Windows PC, connect the VD6 base with the supplied power supply and USB cable, then run the calibration wizard. Secure the base to a stable wheel stand or cockpit using the included mounting accessories, attach a compatible steering wheel, and adjust force, rotation and brake/throttle settings in software. During use, monitor temperature and let the base cool if prolonged high-load sessions cause heat buildup.

Recommendations

Use the VD6 with a rigid cockpit or a dedicated wheel stand for best stability. Ensure your PC meets Windows 7–11 compatibility and keep PXN SimRacing drivers up to date. For prolonged races, allow short cooling breaks to maintain optimal performance and longevity.
