SILEX BR-330AC-LP wireless bridge. The BR-330AC-LP uses up to 45% less power than the BR-300AN and BR-500AC wireless bridge products, extending the range of possible applications for the wireless bridge line-up. It also offers security features such as 802.1x Enterprise security and 802.11r (Fast Roaming). With the new BR-330AC-LP, any device with an Ethernet interface can be securely and stably connected to an existing wireless LAN infrastructure. This includes medical devices, all kinds of machines and industrial automation equipment, time-recording and access-control systems, and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems in building energy-management installations that require energy-efficient operation. With an optional Y-USB power cable (part no. E1414), the wireless bridge can also be powered from existing USB ports on a host system.
