Schuurpad KWB 492804 5 stuks

The KWB 492804 sanding pad set includes five 96 mm delta sanding discs designed for use with delta/detail sanders. Each disc features an aluminium oxide abrasive coated on a strong, phenolic resin-bonded backing with hook-and-loop fabric for secure attachment. The pads are punched for dust extraction and are suitable for preparing and finishing surfaces such as wood, metal, paint, varnish, filler and stone.

Advantages

These sanding pads combine durable aluminium oxide abrasive with a rigid backing and reliable hook-and-loop attachment to provide consistent material removal and a long service life. The punched design supports dust extraction during sanding, helping to maintain a cleaner work surface and prolong abrasive effectiveness. Their 96 mm delta shape allows access to corners and tight areas typical for detail sanding.

How to use

Attach a disc to a compatible 96 mm delta/detail sander using the hook-and-loop backing. Start sanding with moderate pressure, moving along the grain on wood or using even strokes on metal and painted surfaces. Replace the disc when the abrasive is worn or performance declines. For punched discs, connect the sander’s dust extraction system where available to reduce airborne dust.

Recommendations

For best results, select the appropriate grit for the task (start with coarser grit for heavy material removal, then progress to finer grit for finishing). Wear suitable personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask, and use dust extraction when possible to prolong disc life and maintain a cleaner workspace.
