The sheets are compatible with hand sanding and with standard sanding blocks that accept 115×140 mm sheets, offering a practical solution for touch-ups and detail work.

Advantages

Fine G240 grit delivers a smooth finish and removes minor imperfections without aggressive material removal. The standardized 115×140 mm format ensures compatibility with common sanding blocks and accessories. Supplied as a pack of 10, the sheets offer a ready stock for multiple jobs and reduce interruptions for frequent sanding tasks. The abrasive material is suitable for use on a variety of substrates including wood, painted surfaces, primers and light metal work.

Suitable for

• Fine sanding of painted and lacquered surfaces
• Smoothing primer and filler before final finishing
• Light deburring and surface refinement on metal and composites
• Hand sanding in tight areas and detail work

Key specifications

• Grit: G240 (very fine)
• Sheet dimensions: 115 × 140 mm
• Quantity: 10 sheets per pack
• Intended use: manual sanding and sanding blocks
• Suitable materials: wood, painted surfaces, primer, filler, light metal and composite materials

How to use

Attach a sheet to a compatible sanding block or hold it by hand ensuring even pressure across the surface. Sand with the grain on wood or with light, controlled strokes on painted or delicate surfaces to avoid over-sanding. Replace sheets when the abrasive surface becomes clogged or smooth to maintain consistent results. For best results, clean the workpiece of dust between sandings and inspect the surface under good light.

Recommendations

Use dust extraction or a damp cloth to remove abrasive dust and wear appropriate protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask when sanding. Test on a small area before full application to confirm the finish and compatibility with the substrate and coatings.
