How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the task: start with coarse grit (60 or 80) for heavy material removal and progress to finer grits (120 then 180) for smoothing and finishing. Fit the sanding sheet onto a compatible Ø 4-1/2 in hook-and-loop sanding pad, ensure firm attachment, and operate the sander according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Work with even pressure and move the sander steadily across the surface to avoid gouging. Replace sheets when the abrasive is worn or glazing reduces effectiveness.

Recommendations

The set is suitable for both professional and DIY applications. For best results, match grit sequence to the material and final finish required, and use dust extraction where possible to maintain a clean work area and prolong abrasive life.
