Schroevendraaierbit Wiha 7019 ZOT TS

The Wiha 7019 ZOT TS screwdriver bit is a precision bit made from high-quality chrome-vanadium steel. It is through-hardened to combine hardness with elasticity and is designed specifically for Torq-Set security screws. The bit has a Torq-Set tip and a hexagonal shank sized for 1/4" tool holders, providing compatibility with a wide range of screwdrivers and bit holders. Its compact 25 mm length and low weight make it suitable for tasks where precision and accessibility are required.

Advantages

The bit’s chrome-vanadium construction and through-hardening deliver durability and resistance to wear while maintaining elasticity to reduce chipping. A dedicated torsion zone protects the bit from premature breakage under high loads. Standard DIN 3126 / ISO 1173 style C 6.3 hex shank ensures broad compatibility with 1/4" holders and drivers.

Suitable for

• Screws with Torq-Set heads (security Torq-Set)
• Assembly and repair tasks requiring precise Torq-Set engagement
• Tight or confined workspaces where a short 25 mm bit is needed

Recommendations

Use the Wiha 7019 ZOT TS bit with drivers and holders compatible with DIN 3126 / ISO 1173 style C 6.3 (1/4" hex). Select an appropriate torque setting for Torq-Set fasteners and inspect the bit for wear before use. Store in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
