Schroevendraaier-bitset Wiha 42150 5 stuks Torx T40

The Wiha 42150 screwdriver bit set contains five Torx T40 bits with a 29 mm length and a 1/4" (6.35 mm) shank. Designed for durable use, these bits combine Wiha's universal TY bit concept and a torsion zone that extends lifespan and allows safe use with power tools and impact drivers. A fluorescent coating improves visibility in low light and under UV, helping to reduce loss.

Advantages

These Torx T40 bits use Wiha's patented torsion zone to absorb peak loads and provide a significantly longer service life compared with standard bits. The universal TY geometry covers both T-shaped and Y-shaped screw heads, simplifying bit selection. The fluorescent, coloured finish makes individual bits easy to locate, even in the dark with UV light. The 29 mm length and 1/4" shank conform to common bit holders and power tool chucks.

How to use

Select the Torx T40 bit and insert the 1/4" shank into a compatible bit holder, screwdriver, drill driver or impact driver. Apply steady pressure and engage the screw head squarely to avoid cam‑out. The torsion zone is designed to flex under peak loads; allow the tool to complete its cycle when using impact drivers. After use, store bits in a designated holder to preserve the fluorescent coating and ease future retrieval.

Recommendations

For best results, match the T40 bit to the correct screw size and avoid excessive lateral force. Use the bits with appropriately rated cordless tools or impact drivers. Clean and dry bits after use and store them in a toolbox or bit organizer to maintain the fluorescent coating and extend service life.
