SAMURA koksmes 240mm Damascus SD-0087

The SAMURA SD-0087 is a 240 mm chef's knife built around a 67-layer Damascus steel blade with a VG-10 core hardened to 61 HRC. This construction sets it apart from single-steel blades by combining edge retention with a distinctive polished Damascus pattern.

Highlights

• 67-layer Damascus steel blade with VG-10 core
• Blade hardness 61 HRC
• Full tang construction with G-10 handle
• Blade edge angle 15-17 degrees per side

In daily use

The 240 mm blade length and 50 mm heel height provide ample clearance for chopping, slicing, and mincing. The ergonomic G-10 handle is designed for a secure grip, and the full tang adds balance and durability. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the blade finish and edge.
