Rechte slijper HAZET 9032N-1

The HAZET 9032N-1 straight die grinder is an air-powered tool designed for precision material removal and surface finishing. It delivers up to 25,000 RPM at idle with a controllable minimum speed around 2,000 RPM. With 224 W input power, compact dimensions (157 mm wide, 68 mm high) and a weight of approximately 400 g, this straight die grinder offers a balance of power and maneuverability for detailed work in confined spaces. The tool produces a sound power level of 85 dB and is intended for use where compressed air is available.

Advantages

The HAZET 9032N-1 combines high rotational speed with a lightweight, compact body to improve access and control during fine grinding and deburring tasks. The air-driven design eliminates the need for heavy electric motors on the tool, reducing operator fatigue. Consistent speed range from 2,000 to 25,000 RPM supports a variety of abrasive and cutting attachments for precise surface work. The tool's modest sound power level and small footprint make it suitable for workshop and industrial environments where space and handling precision are priorities.

Suitable for

• Precision grinding and finishing of metal, plastic and composite surfaces
• Deburring edges and cleaning weld seams
• Shaping, smoothing and removing flash from molded parts
• Accessing tight spaces for detail work on assemblies and components

Key specifications

• Operating principle: compressed air driven (pneumatic)
• Idle speed range: 2,000–25,000 RPM
• Input power: 224 W
• Sound power level: 85 dB
• Dimensions (approx.): 157 mm width, 68 mm height
• Weight (approx.): 400 g

How to use

Connect the die grinder to a compressed air supply with compatible pressure and flow according to workshop standards and the tool's specifications. Fit the appropriate collet and cutting, grinding or polishing attachment securely before starting. Start the air supply and gradually increase speed to the desired RPM for the material and accessory in use. Hold the tool with a stable grip, keeping steady, controlled movements while working the surface; avoid applying excessive force that could overload the rotary accessory. After use, disconnect the air supply, allow the tool and accessory to stop completely, and perform any required cleaning or maintenance following the manufacturer's service guidance.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves. Match accessory type and grit to the workpiece material and operating speed. Regularly inspect collets, attachments and air fittings for wear or damage. Maintain a clean, lubricated air supply and follow scheduled maintenance to ensure consistent performance and longevity.
