How to use

Attach the buffing disc to the mandrel (402 or SC402) and engage the EZ SpeedClic system according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Operate the rotary tool at a moderate speed appropriate for the material being worked on, applying light, consistent pressure and moving the disc smoothly across the surface. Start with the medium/coarse buff to remove material or burrs, then switch to the 320-grit fine buff to achieve a polished, smooth finish. Ensure the workpiece is secure and take care when working on thin or fragile materials.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate eye and respiratory protection when grinding or polishing. Test on a scrap area first to determine suitable speed and pressure for the specific material. Avoid excessive heat buildup by using light pressure and intermittent contact.
