How to use

Mount the Dexlan 1U fiber patch panel accessory into a standard 19-inch rack using appropriate screws and cage nuts for the rack rails. Route fiber cables carefully to the panel, securing them with cable management ties or clamps as needed to prevent excessive bend radius and connector strain. Terminate or connect the fiber connectors to the panel according to your network layout, and label ports for clear identification. Maintain proper bend radius and avoid sharp bends when dressing cables into the accessory.

Recommendations

To preserve signal integrity, always observe manufacturer-recommended bend radii for fiber cables and use suitable dust caps on unused ports. Regularly inspect connections for cleanliness and secure cable management to reduce stress on connectors and maintain performance.
