Patchkabel helos 263771 S/FTP Cat 6a, 10,0 m, rood

helos ultra flex Patchkabel S/FTP Cat 6a TPE red, 10.0 m is a ready-made, shielded patch cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections. The cable uses S/FTP construction (individual foil around each twisted pair plus overall braid) to minimise crosstalk and electromagnetic interference. With a 500 MHz bandwidth and support for 10 Gigabit Ethernet, this full-copper cable features a halogen-free TPE outer sheath and narrow strain relief boots with length marking for tidy installations and improved cable management.

Advantages

The cable is extremely flexible and durable, making it suitable for environments where frequent routing or tight bends are required. Gold-plated contacts and a 1:1 wiring according to EIA/TIA 568B ensure reliable signal transmission. The double-shielded Twisted Pair design (4 x 2 x AWG 27) provides enhanced protection against EMI. The halogen-free TPE jacket complies with IEC 60754-2 and the product comes in environmentally friendly outer packaging.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet networks
• Server racks and network cabinets
• Connections between switches and patch panels
• Media technology installations and AV setups
• Structured cabling and optimized cable management

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to the network device (switch, patch panel or network card) and the other plug to the corresponding port. Route the cable through the rack or cable channel, avoiding sharp edges and excessive tension. The narrow strain relief boot helps when bending near connectors; ensure the cable bend radius is respected during installation to maintain performance.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this S/FTP Cat 6a cable in installations that require high bandwidth and low interference, such as 10 Gigabit links or AV/mediatechnical setups. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and keep the cable free from crushing or severe kinks.
