Patchkabel Equip Cat.6A RJ-45 U/UTP 5m beige

The Equip Cat.6A U/UTP Patch Cord is a 5 m network cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for 10GBase-T networks and data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s. Constructed from quality materials and tested to industry standards, this Cat.6A U/UTP cable provides enhanced bandwidth and improved signal-to-noise margin to support stable high-speed connections in demanding network environments. Its beige colour blends unobtrusively into office and data center installations.

Advantages

The Cat.6A specification and U/UTP construction reduce crosstalk and minimize external interference, allowing reliable transmission at 10 Gbit/s. The cable comes terminated with standard RJ-45 plugs for compatibility with common network equipment. At 5 m length it offers flexibility for patching between switches, patch panels and devices while keeping a neat installation.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• 10GBase-T uplinks and server connections
• Patch panels and switch-to-workstation connections
• Data centers, server rooms and office networks
• High-bandwidth applications such as large file transfer and virtualization

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port on a switch, router or patch panel and the other plug to the device or patch point. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp edges; maintain appropriate bend radius and avoid sources of electromagnetic interference for best performance.

Recommendations

For reliable 10G performance, use this Cat.6A patch cord for connections up to 5 m between equipment in the same rack or adjacent racks. Avoid running the cable in direct contact with power cables and maintain recommended installation practices for structured cabling.
