Luidsprekerkabel PSSO 3022791E 2x4 mm, 5 m lengte

PSSO 3022791E speaker cable is a twin-conductor audio cable with a 5 m length and 2x4 mm conductor cross-section. It is designed to connect loudspeakers to amplifiers, AV receivers or powered speaker modules in home audio systems and small commercial installations. The cable supports standard low-impedance loudspeaker connections and can be routed visibly or installed in-wall where applicable wiring regulations allow.

Advantages

The cable offers a balance of conductor size and flexibility suitable for short to medium runs, with a 4 mm conductor cross-section that provides low resistance for improved signal transfer compared with smaller sections. The twin-core construction simplifies polarity identification and connection. A 5 m length covers typical room distances between amplifier and speaker without excess slack, while the outer sheath protects the conductors in exposed or semi-protected installations.

How to use

Strip the outer sheath and prepare each core according to the speaker and amplifier terminal types (binding posts, spring clips or screw terminals). Observe correct polarity by matching the marked or colored core to the positive terminal on both amplifier and speaker. Make firm, clean connections to avoid poor contact or short circuits. Route the cable to minimise runs near mains power cables to reduce potential interference. If installing in-wall, follow local electrical and building regulations and use appropriate conduit or trunking where required.

Recommendations

For optimal audio performance, use this 2x4 mm cable for short to medium-length runs up to several meters; for long runs, consider larger conductor cross-sections to reduce power loss. Ensure terminals are tightened without over-compressing conductors and avoid sharp bends that can damage the cores.
