Luchtfilter Rittal SK 3322.700

The Rittal SK 3322.700 air filter is made of a chopped-fibre mat with a progressive structure, providing reliable filtration for dust particles from approximately 10 µm and larger. It is temperature-resistant up to 100°C and classified self‑extinguishing category F1 according to DIN 53 438. The filter has an open structure on the dust-laden air side and a closed structure on the clean-air side. Its compact dimensions (120 x 12 x 120 mm), light weight (2 g) and white colour make it suitable for installation in electronic enclosures and other confined ventilation paths to help maintain clean air and protect equipment.

Advantages

The progressive chopped-fibre construction ensures efficient capture of a wide range of dust types from 10 µm, while the temperature resistance to 100°C and F1 self-extinguishing rating provide safety in elevated-temperature environments. The two-sided structure—open on the dust-laden side and closed on the clean-air side—supports stable airflow and easy installation in compact spaces. Small size and low weight make it compatible with tight mounting positions and retrofit applications.

How to use

Install the Rittal SK 3322.700 filter in the designated filter slot or holder of the enclosure, ensuring the open-structure side faces the dust-laden incoming airflow and the closed-structure side faces the clean-air side. Verify the filter fits securely without gaps to prevent bypass. Replace the filter according to the environmental contamination level or maintenance schedule; inspect periodically for clogging and damage, and change when airflow is reduced or the filter appears soiled.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, check compatibility with the enclosure’s filter frame and follow the equipment manufacturer’s maintenance intervals. In dusty or oily environments replace the filter more frequently. Dispose of used filters according to local waste regulations.
