Labelmate MC-11+: etikettenoproller - UK

Manual label rewinding is slow, inconsistent, and often leads to misaligned rolls that jam printers or complicate downstream processes. The Labelmate MC-11+ Label Rewinder (UK version) eliminates these issues by automatically rewinding labels from your desktop printer into tight, perfectly aligned rolls up to 220 mm in diameter. It handles label widths up to 115 mm and supports 25 mm, 38 mm, and 76 mm cores, making it a versatile addition to any labelling operation.

Who is it for

This rewinder is ideal for warehouses, fulfilment centres, manufacturing lines, and offices that use desktop label printers for shipping labels, barcode labels, product labels, or wristbands. It is especially valuable for high-volume environments where continuous printing requires immediate roll take-up to prevent label jams and maintain throughput.

Tips

Position the rewinder directly in line with your printer's output for optimal alignment. For best results, ensure the core is securely seated on the adjustable holder and select the correct rewind direction based on whether labels are wound face-in or face-out. The automatic torque adjustment handles varying label sizes, but always verify tension after changing media types.
