KVM-switch DeLOCK 11484 zwart

The DeLOCK 11484 KVM switch connects up to four computers with DisplayPort outputs to a single DisplayPort monitor and provides an additional HDMI output that can be used for a second monitor, with only one video output active at a time. The unit includes USB ports for keyboard, mouse and storage devices, supports high resolutions up to 7680 x 4320 at 30 Hz, and is housed in a durable metal case with a 1 m cable and AC power input (100–240 V).

Advantages

This KVM switch supports both DisplayPort and HDMI video outputs, offers Multi-Stream Transport (MST) compatibility for extended multi-monitor setups on the DisplayPort output, and provides flexible control of the active computer via mouse gesture, keyboard hotkey, front-panel button or infrared remote. It contains two USB 2.0 ports for keyboard and mouse and two USB 3.0 ports for external storage, enabling centralized peripheral sharing between four connected systems.

Suitable for

• Workstations that require switching between up to four computers with one monitor
• Environments needing USB peripheral sharing (keyboard, mouse, external storage)
• Setups where a secondary HDMI monitor may be connected but only one video output is used at a time
• Multi-monitor configurations using an MST hub on the DisplayPort output

How to use

Connect the DisplayPort outputs of up to four computers to the KVM switch inputs and attach your primary monitor to the DisplayPort output; optionally connect a second monitor to the HDMI output, noting only one video output can be active at a time. Plug keyboard and mouse into the USB 2.0 ports and any external storage into the USB 3.0 ports. Supply power via the AC input. Switch the active computer using a mouse gesture, the configured keyboard hotkey, the front-panel button, or the included infrared remote control. If using multiple monitors on the DisplayPort output, connect an MST hub to the DisplayPort output and configure each computer’s graphics settings as required.

Recommendations

For best results, use quality DisplayPort and HDMI cables rated for the target resolution and ensure connected graphics drivers support MST when using multiple monitors. When switching between systems, allow a few seconds for the monitor and operating system to recognize the active video signal.
