Klapmes BOKER PLUS Hebdo 01BO899 — stalen greep, compact zakmes

The BOKER PLUS Hebdo 01BO899 is a compact folding pocket knife with a steel handle designed for everyday carry and general utility tasks. Its folding blade and robust metal handle provide a reliable grip and durable construction suitable for routine cutting, opening packages and light outdoor use. The knife’s compact dimensions make it convenient to carry in a pocket while the solid steel handle gives added weight and stability during use.

Advantages

The steel handle offers enhanced durability and a secure hold compared with lightweight polymer alternatives. The folding mechanism keeps the blade safely enclosed when not in use and allows quick deployment when needed. The knife’s compact size balances portability with functional blade length, making it suitable for a wide range of daily tasks. Metal construction also supports longevity and resistance to everyday wear.

Suitable for

• Everyday carry (EDC) for general cutting tasks
• Opening packages, letters and taped boxes
• Light outdoor activities such as cutting cordage or preparing small tinder
• Workshop tasks that require a portable utility blade

Key specifications

• Design: folding pocket knife with single blade
• Handle material: steel for durability and weight
• Blade action: manual folding mechanism for secure storage
• Portability: compact size suitable for pocket carry
• Primary use: everyday cutting and utility tasks

How to use

Open and close the blade using the folding mechanism, ensuring the blade locks or seats securely before use. Hold the steel handle firmly and use controlled, deliberate cuts appropriate to the task. For cutting packages or cord, position the blade to contact the material at a shallow angle and apply steady pressure. After use, fold the blade back into the handle until it is fully enclosed and store the knife in a pocket or pouch to protect the cutting edge and prevent accidental opening.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the folding mechanism and keep the pivot area clean and lightly lubricated to maintain smooth opening and closing. Sharpen the blade as needed to preserve cutting performance and avoid excessive force during use. Store the knife dry and avoid prolonged exposure to corrosive environments to protect the steel handle and blade.
