The Lena SM42665 Multicolour children's craft kit is a complete set designed for children aged 5 and older who want to explore simple crafting and creative play. Packaged in a closed box to keep components organised and protected, the kit brings together a variety of colourful materials and basic tools appropriate for early craft projects. It supports development of fine motor skills, colour recognition and step-by-step project planning while providing a range of craft options in one convenient kit.

Advantages

This kit combines multiple craft materials in a single closed box, making storage and transport easy while keeping parts together. The contents are selected for children from five years onward and favour simple, age-appropriate techniques. The multicolour design encourages visual learning and creativity. The kit is suitable for independent play or adult-guided activities and helps practise coordination, patience and basic crafting skills.

Suitable for

• Home craft activities and quiet play
• Preschool and primary school creative projects
• Developing fine motor skills and hand–eye coordination
• Birthday parties and small group craft sessions
• Adult-supervised introductory craft lessons

Key specifications

• Age recommendation: 5 years and above
• Packaging type: closed box for neat storage
• Colour scheme: multicolour components for varied projects
• Contents: assorted basic craft materials suitable for young children (paper, simple decorative elements, adhesives and tools appropriate for age)
• Intended use: educational and recreational craft activities

How to use

Open the closed box and lay out a clean workspace with a protective surface. Sort components by colour and type to familiarise the child with available materials, then choose a simple project to start, such as cut-and-glue paper designs or decorating pre-cut shapes. Follow any included step-by-step guidance or use the materials freely to encourage imaginative variations. Supervise cutting and adhesive use as required for safety, and store remaining items back in the box after each session to maintain organisation.

Recommendations

Use on a flat, wipeable surface and keep small parts away from children under the recommended age. Provide child-safe scissors and non-toxic glue where needed. For best results, pair craft time with brief demonstrations and gradual skill-building activities to reinforce fine motor development and creative confidence.
