Kabelisolatie gevlochten hoes DeLOCK 18924

Delock Braided Fiberglass Sleeving 18924 is a 10 m long, flexible sleeving designed to insulate and protect cables, electrical tubes and wires from high temperatures and mechanical wear. Made of fiberglass and finished in white, the sleeving accommodates bundles up to 2 mm in diameter and provides a durable, heat-resistant covering for electronics, DIY and repair tasks.

Advantages

The fiberglass construction offers heat resistance and abrasion protection while maintaining flexibility. The braided design allows for easy routing and bundling of cables and tubes, and the 10 m length provides sufficient material for multiple small projects. The sleeving’s 2 mm maximum diameter is suited for thin cables and wire harnesses where a compact, protective cover is required.

Suitable for

• Insulating individual wires and thin cable bundles
• Protecting cables and tubes from heat and abrasion
• Organizing wiring in electronics, hobby and DIY projects
• Repairing or reinforcing exposed wiring

How to use

Cut the sleeving to the required length using sharp scissors. Slide the sleeving over the cable, wire or tube bundle; for tight fits you may slightly flare the entry end or use a small rod to guide the cable through. Trim excess sleeving and secure the ends with heat-shrink tubing, cable ties or adhesive as needed to prevent fraying and to hold the sleeving in place.

Recommendations

Use the sleeving within its mechanical and temperature limits; avoid exposure to chemicals or sharp edges that may damage the fiberglass. For neat terminations and added protection, finish ends with heat-shrink or suitable end caps.
