Isolerende handschoenen Cimco 140240 rood latex

Cimco 140240 insulating gloves are made of durable red latex and designed for adult use. With a length of 410 mm, these gloves provide insulation and hand protection during electrical work or in environments where contact with live parts must be avoided. The smooth exterior and contoured interior deliver reliable grip and comfort for prolonged tasks while maintaining tactile sensitivity appropriate for handling tools and components.

Advantages

The red latex construction offers mechanical resilience and flexible fit, reducing hand fatigue during repeated movements. The 410 mm length extends protection beyond the wrist to the forearm area, reducing the risk of accidental contact with energized surfaces. The gloves combine electrical insulating properties with a textured outer surface to support secure handling of tools and materials in dry or slightly contaminated conditions.

Suitable for

• Electrical maintenance and repair where insulation from live parts is required
• Industrial environments with risk of incidental contact with energized equipment
• Inspection and testing tasks that require both protection and manual dexterity
• Workshops and utility operations involving moderate mechanical exposure

Key specifications

• Material: natural latex
• Color: red
• Length: 410 mm
• Design: adult size, ambidextrous fit
• Surface: smooth exterior with tactile sensitivity

How to use

Select the correct glove size before use and visually inspect each glove for cuts, punctures, or degradation. Put the gloves on ensuring full coverage of the hands and forearms; avoid stretching beyond intended fit. Use the gloves for tasks requiring electrical insulation and avoid exposure to sharp edges, excessive ozone, or solvents that can degrade latex. After use, clean with mild soap and water if necessary, allow to dry away from direct heat and sunlight, then store flat or hung in a cool, dark place to preserve material properties.

Recommendations

Verify the required insulation class and perform routine dielectric tests according to applicable standards before use. Replace gloves immediately if any damage, wear, or loss of elasticity is observed. Do not use in environments containing oils, solvents, or chemicals incompatible with latex unless specifically tested for chemical resistance.
