InLine Patchkabel SF/UTP Cat.5e RJ-45 2m Blauw

InLine Patch Cable SF/UTP Cat.5e RJ-45 2m Blue is a 2-meter network cable designed for connecting switches, routers, sockets, patch panels and network cards using RJ-45 connectors. It supports Gigabit Ethernet (1 Gbit/s) at frequencies up to 125 MHz and uses SF/UTP (S-FTP) shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and improve signal integrity during data transmission.

Advantages

The SF/UTP (S-FTP) shielding provides additional protection against crosstalk and external interference compared with unshielded cables. With Cat.5e specification and 10/100/1000Base-T(X) compatibility, the cable supports up to 1 Gbit/s throughput. The 2 m length and standard RJ-45 connectors offer easy installation in patch panels, wall sockets or between network devices. The blue jacket allows simple visual identification in cable bundles.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches and routers in small office or home networks
• Patching between patch panels and wall outlets
• Linking desktop network cards to local network infrastructure
• Short-run Gigabit connections in server racks or workstations

How to use

Insert an RJ-45 connector into the network port of each device or outlet until the latch clicks. Route the 2 m cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic noise. For installations in patch panels or racks, secure the cable to prevent strain on connectors and maintain the shielding integrity.

Recommendations

Use this Cat.5e SF/UTP cable for short to medium-length Gigabit links where reduced interference is required. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and excessive mechanical stress to preserve cable performance and connector reliability.
