How to use

Install the card into an available PCIe x4 (or larger) slot on the motherboard and secure it with the appropriate bracket (standard or included low-profile). Connect network cables to the RJ45 ports and verify link/activity LEDs for status. Install drivers from the provided CD or download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website, then configure network settings, VLANs or virtualization offload features in the operating system or hypervisor.

Recommendations

For reliable gigabit performance use Cat.5e or higher cabling and ensure the host system has a free PCIe x4 or x8 slot. In virtualized setups enable VMDq and RSS in the hypervisor or guest configuration to balance network load across CPUs and virtual machines.
