How to use

Connect the headset to your device using the appropriate connector for your model (3.5 mm plug, USB-A or USB-C). Adjust the headband and ear cushions for a secure, comfortable fit. Position the microphone close to your mouth but out of the direct airflow to reduce plosives. Use the inline controls or device settings to adjust volume and mute as needed.

Recommendations

For best call quality, use the wired connection and set your communication app’s audio input/output to the Blackwire 5220. Clean the ear cushions periodically with a soft, dry cloth and avoid exposing the headset to liquids or extreme temperatures.
