Handschroevendraaier enkele ratelschroevendraaier Bahco 808050S

The BAHCO Manual Single Ratchet screwdriver 808050S is a compact hand tool designed for precision work in confined spaces. With an overall length of 95 mm and a weight of 135 g, this single-ratchet screwdriver combines a short profile with a ratcheting mechanism to allow controlled torque application and repetitive fastening or loosening without repositioning the grip. The solid construction and ergonomic handle provide stable control during use while minimizing hand fatigue in short-duration tasks.

Advantages

The compact 95 mm length enables access to tight or recessed fasteners where standard screwdrivers cannot reach. The single-ratchet mechanism offers efficient torque transfer and quick directional changes, improving speed when alternating between tightening and loosening. Durable materials and a robust build reduce wear and maintain performance over extended use. Lightweight design supports precise handling and reduces strain during repeated operations.

Suitable for

• Electronics assembly and repair where space is limited
• Automotive interior and small component fastening
• Appliance maintenance and installation tasks
• General household repairs and DIY projects requiring precise torque

Key specifications

• Tool type: manual single ratchet screwdriver
• Overall length: 95 mm
• Weight: 135 g
• Drive mechanism: single-direction ratchet with quick-change of direction
• Handle: ergonomic design for improved grip and control
• Construction: durable metal shaft and reinforced handle interface for longevity

How to use

Select the correct bit or tip compatible with the screw head, insert it securely into the screwdriver tip or quick-change holder, and set the ratchet direction to tighten or loosen as needed. Position the screwdriver on the fastener and apply steady pressure while turning; the ratchet mechanism allows continuous motion in one direction without repositioning your hand. For increased torque, apply consistent force along the tool axis and use short, controlled strokes if space is restricted.

Recommendations

Use the screwdriver for tasks suited to its compact size and ratcheting action; avoid applying excessive lateral force that could damage bit tips or fastener heads. Store in a dry place and keep bits clean to preserve mechanism function. For heavy-duty or high-torque applications, choose a larger ratchet or powered tool designed for greater torque to avoid premature wear.
