Fitting Kit Alphacool 17477 messing zwart 23 mm hoogte 2,6 cm diameter

The Alphacool 17477 Brass Black 23mm Height 2.6cm Diameter fitting kit is a compact connector set engineered for PC water-cooling loops. Constructed from brass with a black surface finish, the kit is intended to provide durable, corrosion-resistant connections between tubing and components in custom liquid-cooling systems. With a height of 23 mm and an outer diameter of 2.6 cm, the components are lightweight and suited to tight installation spaces while preserving mechanical robustness and consistent flow characteristics.

Advantages

This fitting kit combines brass construction and a black finish to deliver long-term durability and a neutral appearance that integrates with a variety of builds. The modest dimensions and low weight reduce strain on mounted components and simplify routing in compact cases. Precision machining ensures tight tolerances for leak-resistant connections, and the material choice supports reliable thermal and mechanical performance under typical PC cooling conditions.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loops
• Tubing-to-component connections in radiators, pumps, and reservoirs
• Compact or small-form-factor builds requiring low-profile fittings
• Upgrades or replacements for existing cooling fittings

Key specifications

• Material: Brass
• Finish: Black surface coating
• Height: 23 mm
• Outer diameter: 26 mm (2.6 cm)
• Weight: 42 g
• Application: Liquid-cooling fittings for desktop computers

How to use

Install the fitting kit by matching the fitting to the tubing and component ports specified for your cooling loop. Ensure all mating surfaces are clean and free of debris before assembly. Hand-tighten where specified and use appropriate tools only to the torque recommended by your cooling component manufacturers to avoid overtightening. Verify that tubing is fully seated on the barb or compression section depending on the fitting design, and perform a pressure or leak test with the system powered off and isolated from other components before full operation.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, use compatible tubing materials and clamps designed for liquid-cooling systems, perform leak tests after installation, and periodically inspect fittings for signs of corrosion or loosening. Avoid exposure to aggressive chemicals or mixing incompatible metals in direct contact with the brass fittings to minimize galvanic corrosion.
