Fitting Alphacool 17444 messing zwart 34mm koelsysteem

The Alphacool 17444 Brass Black 34mm Cooling System fitting is a metal connection component intended for liquid cooling loops. Constructed from brass with a black finish, it measures 34 mm across and provides a compact, sturdy interface between tubing and other cooling components. At approximately 100 g, the fitting balances durability with manageable weight for typical PC liquid cooling installations.

Advantages

This brass fitting offers corrosion resistance and mechanical strength compared with many nonmetallic connectors, while the black surface treatment reduces visible wear and integrates visually with dark-themed systems. The 34 mm dimension supports compact routing and close-clearance installations. The metal construction helps maintain a stable, leak-resistant joint when properly installed with compatible tubing and clamps.

Suitable for

• PC liquid cooling loops for CPUs and GPUs
• Custom water-cooling rigs and test benches
• Systems requiring compact, metal fittings in tight spaces

Key specifications

• Material: brass with black surface finish
• Overall dimension: 34 mm (width/depth)
• Weight: approximately 100 g
• Connection type: rigid metal fitting suitable for sealed liquid-cooling assemblies

How to use

Install the fitting by inserting it into the corresponding tubing or component port, ensuring mating surfaces are clean and free of debris. Use appropriate clamps or compatible compression rings and tighten to the manufacturer-recommended torque to avoid overtightening. Verify alignment so hoses are not kinked or under mechanical strain. After assembly, perform a pressure or leak test following standard liquid-cooling procedures before powering hardware.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect metal fittings for signs of wear or corrosion during maintenance intervals, and replace any connector that shows damage. Use neutral or manufacturer-recommended coolants to minimize chemical interaction with brass, and avoid abrasive cleaning agents on the surface finish. When routing tubing, allow slight slack to reduce stress on the fitting.
