EXERTIS CONNECT CAT.6 S/FTP PiMF patchkabel, 20 m, wit 856929

Long network runs in electrically noisy environments often suffer from crosstalk and interference, leading to slow or unstable connections. This 20-metre CAT.6 patch cable is built with S/FTP shielding and PiMF (pairs in metal foil) to keep your Gigabit Ethernet signal clean and reliable.

Who is it for

Network administrators, IT professionals, and home users who need a dependable, shielded cable for connecting devices over longer distances, such as between rooms, from a patch panel to a workstation, or through cable ducts where interference is a concern.

Main features

• S/FTP shielding: braided screen plus foil around each pair for maximum protection against EMI/RFI.
• PiMF construction: each twisted pair is individually wrapped in metal foil, reducing alien crosstalk.
• CAT.6 performance: supports frequencies up to 250 MHz and data rates up to 1 Gbps.
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure corrosion resistance and reliable contact.
• Slimline snagless boot protects the locking tab and makes it easy to route through tight spaces.
• Stranded copper conductors (AWG 27/7) provide flexibility for frequent bending.
• PVC jacket offers durability for indoor use.
• 20-metre length covers long distances without the need for couplers.

Tips

For best performance, avoid sharp bends and do not exceed the minimum bend radius. When routing through walls or conduits, use cable ties without overtightening to preserve the cable's internal geometry.
