Scheidingsstroken karton Oxford 100204598

The Elba Divider Cardboard Oxford 100204598 is a durable white cardboard divider in A4 format designed to separate and organize documents. With dimensions of 225 mm width and 300 mm height, this divider fits into filing systems where partial-height dividers are required, helping to group papers, separate sections and make frequently used documents easier to locate. The cardboard construction balances rigidity and flexibility for repeated handling while maintaining a clean, neutral appearance suitable for home, study, or office environments.

Advantages

This cardboard divider offers a lightweight yet sturdy solution for document separation, resistant to everyday wear from insertion and removal. The white surface provides a neutral background that works well with handwritten notes, labels or adhesive tabs. Its A4-based dimensions and slightly reduced height make it compatible with many ring binders, lever arch files and filing racks that accept partial-height dividers, enabling clear visual separation without adding excess bulk to files.

Suitable for

• Organizing project sections in lever arch files or ring binders
• Separating categories of documents in home or office filing systems
• Creating temporary folders or study sections for coursework
• Using as a backing or spacer for printed materials

Key specifications

• Material: white cardboard
• Format: A4-based divider
• Dimensions: 225 mm width × 300 mm height
• Color: white
• Finish: smooth writable surface suitable for labels and notes

How to use

Insert the divider into the file or binder at the location where you need a clear break between document groups. If used with adhesive tabs or labels, write the section name on the divider before attaching the tab to ensure alignment. For repeated removal and insertion, handle the edges to avoid bending the central area. When stacking multiple dividers, place heavier document groups behind the divider to reduce wear and maintain the divider's shape.

Recommendations

For durable labeling, use permanent or removable adhesive tabs rather than writing directly with heavy-pressure pens; this preserves the surface and improves long-term legibility. Store dividers flat or upright in a dry environment to prevent warping. Consider combining these dividers with clear plastic sheet protectors for frequently referenced pages to reduce direct handling.
