Draadstift M6 GESIPA FireBird 1435059

The Threaded Pin M6 GESIPA FireBird 1435059 is a precision M6 threaded pin produced by GESIPA for use with FireBird fastening and riveting systems. It is designed as a replaceable fastening component compatible with tools and assemblies that accept M6 metric threading. The part is intended for industrial and workshop environments where a reliable threaded connection or replacement part is required for maintenance or assembly tasks.

Advantages

The threaded pin offers consistent M6 metric engagement and is manufactured to withstand the mechanical demands typical for fastening and riveting tool components. Its standard M6 thread profile ensures compatibility with common metric nut and threaded insert types used in assembly and repair operations. The component simplifies replacement procedures and helps restore tool functionality without extensive disassembly.

Suitable for

• Replacement part for GESIPA FireBird fastening and riveting tools
• Assembly and maintenance of jigs, fixtures, and tool mounts requiring M6 threads
• Workshop repairs where a compact M6 threaded connector is needed
• Industrial production lines using metric-threaded components

Key specifications

• Thread size: M6 metric thread
• Function: Replaceable threaded fastening component for tool assemblies
• Compatibility: Designed for use with GESIPA FireBird fastening/riveting systems and other M6-compatible fittings
• Typical applications: Tool maintenance, assembly fixtures, mechanical repair

How to use

To install the threaded pin, align the M6 thread with the corresponding threaded hole or insert and rotate clockwise by hand until finger-tight. Use the appropriate wrench or driver to secure the pin to the required torque specification for the assembly, avoiding over-tightening. For removal, rotate counterclockwise using the appropriate tool. Follow the equipment manufacturer's service instructions when replacing components on powered tools, and ensure the tool is powered off and disconnected from any energy source before performing maintenance.

Recommendations

Check mating threads for damage and cleanliness before installation to ensure secure engagement. Use thread-locking compound only where specified by the tool or equipment manufacturer. Replace the threaded pin with an identical M6 component if wear, cross-threading, or corrosion is observed to maintain safe and reliable tool operation.
