Documenthoezen Elba A4 transparant polypropyleen 100-pack (MPN 400012936)

Elba A4 clear polypropylene sleeves in a pack of 100 provide lightweight, transparent protection for A4 documents. Each sleeve is sized to fit standard A4 sheets, shielding papers from dust, moisture and everyday wear while allowing immediate visual access to the contents. The slim, flexible construction supports filing, storage and transport without adding significant bulk.

Advantages

The clear polypropylene construction resists tearing and water splashes while remaining flexible for easy handling. The transparent finish enables quick identification of documents without removal. A bulk pack of 100 reduces the need for frequent replenishment and is suited to continuous office, school or home use. The sleeves are thin and lightweight, minimising added volume when placed in folders, binders or boxes.

Suitable for

• Protecting and storing A4 reports, certificates and loose sheets
• Organising school materials, assignments and handouts
• Preparing documents for meetings, presentations and mailings
• Archiving papers in boxes, lever-arch folders or ring binders

Key specifications

• Format: A4 (sized for standard A4 paper)
• Material: clear polypropylene
• Pack quantity: 100 sleeves
• Finish: transparent, smooth surface for easy viewing
• Weight and thickness: lightweight, thin sleeve construction suitable for stacking

How to use

Insert an A4 sheet into the open edge of a sleeve so the document lies flat and fully covered. When using multiple sleeves, stack them neatly or place them into folders, lever-arch files or storage boxes. For transport, place sleeved documents into a portfolio or folder to prevent bending. To label contents, either write on a paper insert visible through the sleeve or attach an external label to the folder or binder.

Recommendations

Store sleeves flat in a cool, dry place to avoid deformation. Avoid exposure to excessive heat or prolonged direct sunlight to preserve transparency. When filing frequently used documents, change sleeves periodically if they show signs of wear or scratches to maintain clear visibility.
