Documenthoes Elba A4 polypropyleen 0,2 mm model 100207012

Elba Document Sleeve A4 is a transparent protective sleeve made from 0.2 mm polypropylene, sized to fit standard A4 documents. The slim, flexible construction keeps a single sheet or a few lightweight pages flat and visible while offering basic protection against moisture, dirt and handling wear. Its clear finish preserves legibility and color accuracy, making it suitable for storing, presenting and transporting loose documents without folding or stapling.

Advantages

The sleeve combines low weight with a durable polypropylene surface that resists light tearing and splashing. Its 0.2 mm thickness provides a balance between flexibility and dimensional stability so documents remain flat in files and folders. Transparency on both sides ensures uninterrupted readability and easy identification, and the smooth edges facilitate insertion and removal of sheets without snags.

Suitable for

• Protecting single A4 pages for filing and archiving
• Document presentation and handouts in meetings and classes
• Temporary protection during transport or storage
• Organizing certificates, receipts and reference sheets

Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene
• Thickness: 0.2 mm
• Size: A4 (suitable for 210 × 297 mm sheets)
• Finish: clear / transparent on both sides
• Capacity: single sheet or a few lightweight pages

How to use

Slide an A4 sheet into the open edge of the sleeve until it rests flat. For best results, align the document with the sleeve edges to avoid creasing. Use the sleeve on its own in folders or place it inside ring binders and lever arch files as part of a folder system. When removing the document, hold the sleeve steady with one hand and gently pull the sheet out with the other to prevent bending at the corners.

Recommendations

Store sleeves flat or upright in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and heat sources to maintain transparency and prevent warping. Avoid overfilling the sleeve with thick stacks; use multiple sleeves for multiple pages to preserve protection and ease of handling.
