Dahua Technology DS1AG deurbel-gong grijs, wit

DAHUA DS1AG is an indoor chime unit designed to work with DAHUA video doorbell systems. The device delivers audible notifications inside the home when the connected video doorbell is activated, allowing occupants to hear visitor alerts without altering existing doorbell wiring or replacing doorbell buttons. The compact, wall-mountable construction is intended for in-home placement and supports straightforward integration with compatible DAHUA doorbell installations.

Advantages

The DS1AG provides clear chime sounds that enhance awareness of doorbell events across different rooms. Installation requires minimal modification to existing systems, preserving current wiring and doorbell buttons while extending audible notifications. Its compact size and wall-mountable design allow flexible placement in hallways, living rooms or entryways. The unit is optimized for indoor use and designed to work reliably with compatible DAHUA video doorbell models.

How to use

Mount the DS1AG on an indoor wall at a location where the chime can be clearly heard from living spaces. Connect the unit to the existing doorbell wiring following the installation instructions supplied with the DAHUA doorbell system; no changes to the doorbell button are necessary. After connection, test the doorbell to confirm that the indoor chime sounds when the video doorbell is pressed. Adjust placement if needed to optimise audibility throughout the home.

Recommendations

Place the unit at ear level in frequently occupied rooms for best audibility and avoid locating the chime near noisy appliances or in enclosed cabinets which may muffle sound. For reliable operation, use the DS1AG indoors only and follow the DAHUA system installation guidelines to maintain compatibility and safety.
