Bosch 1608613013 polijstschijf

The Bosch 1608613013 buffing disc is a 16 cm (approximately 6.3 in) white polishing pad designed for use with compatible Bosch polishers and rotary tools. Advantages

The buffing disc offers a medium-sized 16 cm diameter suitable for both flat and gently curved surfaces. The disc is compatible with Bosch tools that accept this fitting and is suitable for repeated use when maintained correctly.

Suitable for

• Polishing automotive paintwork and removing light weathering
• Applying and working-in polish or surface sealants
• Polishing stone and plastic surfaces
• Finishing non‑ferrous metal parts
• Refining slightly scratched or pre-polished surfaces

How to use

Attach the buffing disc to a compatible Bosch polisher or rotary tool according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Apply a small amount of polish or surface sealant to the disc or the workpiece and work evenly over the surface with light to moderate pressure. Use consistent, overlapping passes and adapt speed and pressure to the material: lower speeds for plastics and delicate finishes, moderate speeds for paint and metal. Clean the pad after use to remove residual polish and allow it to dry before storage.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, eye protection) and follow the polisher manufacturer's safety instructions. Test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application to confirm compatibility with the substrate and chosen polish or sealant.
