The Einhell 49118953 42-piece drill bit set offers a comprehensive selection of bits and accessories for common cordless screwdrivers and drills. The set includes 24 bits with 25 mm length and C 6.3 shank, 14 bits with 50 mm length and E 6.3 shank, two sockets (8 and 10 mm), a 60 mm quick-change bit holder with E 6.3 shank and magnetic sleeve, and an extendable magnetic holder adjustable from 80 to 118 mm. All bits and sockets are grey sandblasted and made from robust S2 steel or tool steel, and the set is supplied in a transparent-lidded storage box with an auto-lock clip and interchangeable inserts for organised storage.

Advantages

The bits are manufactured from durable S2 steel with a grey sandblasted finish and coloured rings for quick identification. The quick-change bit holder has a strong magnet and a metal sleeve for secure retention, while the extendable magnetic holder provides precise screw guidance in confined or hard-to-reach places. The storage box with a transparent lid and auto-lock clip keeps components visible and secured, and interchangeable inserts allow flexible organisation.

Suitable for

• General screwdriving and assembly work with cordless screwdrivers
• Drilling and screw operations with handheld drills
• Work in tight or hard-to-reach locations requiring an extendable holder
• DIY, maintenance and light professional applications

How to use

Select the required bit from the storage box and insert it into the quick-change bit holder or the extendable magnetic holder. For frequent bit changes use the 60 mm quick-change holder: push the bit into the sleeve until it clicks and is held by the magnet. For work in narrow spaces extend the magnetic holder to the desired length and lock it in position. Attach the holder or bit to a compatible cordless screwdriver or drill chuck with a 6.3 mm (1/4") holder interface and operate the tool according to the tool manufacturer's safety instructions.

Recommendations

The set is compatible with most commercially available cordless screwdrivers and drills and is suitable for DIY and light professional use; avoid using the bits with impact drivers or for heavy-duty demolition beyond the rated materials to preserve bit life.
