Badkamer-wandplank TESA 40205-00000-00

The TESA 40205-00000-00 bathroom wall shelf is a stainless steel shelf designed for wet-room environments. With compact dimensions of 163 mm width, 170 mm depth and 260 mm height, the shelf provides a stable surface for toiletries, small bottles and decorative items while resisting corrosion and water exposure. The product features a slim profile and a matte-finish metal look intended to match contemporary bathroom fixtures and tiles. Installation is designed to be non-invasive and possible without drilling, which preserves wall surfaces and allows repositioning if needed.

Advantages

Constructed from stainless steel, the shelf resists rust and maintains structural integrity in humid conditions. Its moderate capacity fits small to medium-sized bathrooms where efficient use of vertical space is required. The compact footprint and simple geometry make cleaning straightforward and reduce places where grime accumulates. A drill-free installation method reduces installation time and the need for specialized tools, making the shelf suitable for rental homes and tiled walls where drilling is undesirable.

Suitable for

• Holding shampoo, conditioner, soap dispensers and small toiletries
• Organizing bathroom countertops in showers and near sinks
• Mounting on tiled, painted or smooth surfaces without permanent drilling
• Supplementing storage in small bathrooms, guest bathrooms or en suite areas

Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel for moisture resistance
• Dimensions: 163 mm (width) × 170 mm (depth) × 260 mm (height)
• Finish: matte/metallic surface designed to reduce visible watermarks
• Capacity: suitable for small to medium toiletry items and decorative objects
• Mounting method: non-drilling attachment suitable for smooth surfaces
• Maintenance: wipe-clean surface; suitable for regular bathroom cleaning agents

How to use

Select a flat, clean section of wall or tile at a convenient height for access. Follow the included manufacturer instructions for the non-drilling attachment system: clean the mounting area thoroughly, ensure it is dry and free from soap residue or oils, and apply the shelf according to the adhesive or suction procedure provided. Place heavier items close to the wall and distribute weight evenly across the shelf. Regularly check the attachment for firmness, especially after cleaning or temperature changes, and re-secure if any movement is observed.

Recommendations

For long-term performance, avoid placing excessively heavy objects on the shelf and follow the cleaning guidance: use non-abrasive cleaners and a soft cloth. If mounting on grout lines or uneven tile surfaces, choose a smoother adjacent area to ensure reliable adhesion. Periodically inspect the mounting to confirm a secure fit and reapply or reposition according to the manufacturer’s instructions if necessary.
